If you aren't absolutely loving your purchase, or if your products were damaged in transit, please be so kind as to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by phone (541-613-5711) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we have the opportunity to assist you.
Many times a return can be avoided by trying one of the following:
- You may be using too much. Our products have high levels of active ingredients, and are much more concentrated than what you are probably used to, so we always advise using less than what you think of as normal. Especially if you have sensitive skin, overuse can result in redness, irritation, or sometimes even breakouts. Using less will usually remedy this.
- If you're not already, use our Cellular Toning Mist before applying serum or moisturizer. This mist of moisture will help you use less product by allowing it to glide on in a thinner layer, and to penetrate deeper.
- If you have known skin sensitivities or are allergic to certain ingredients, please carefully read the ingredients list before purchasing.
- If you know you are very sensitive or reactive to products, but don't know what particular ingredients cause a reaction, I recommend purchasing the smaller size first. If it is compatible with your skin, then purchase the full size. (You may also contact me about purchasing one-use sample sizes at email@example.com)
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, new, unopened items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price if purchased online. If not purchased online, please also provide proof of purchase. We'll also cover the cost of return shipping if the return is to rectify our blunder (for example, if we sent you the wrong product). Original shipping fees will not be credited. Opened products can be exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase and return of original product.
You will usually receive your refund promptly, but in some cases it may take up to 4 weeks from the date you shipped your package back to us, so please be patient. This time period allows for the transit time back to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that we do not offer credit back and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping will not be credited for opened products. We offer smaller sizes of most products so that you may test for compatibility with your skin.
