Ready for silky, soft, shiny hair like this?
This is a picture I took today of my daughter Izabela, who volunteered to be the first guinea pig of my new Deep Moisture Protein Hair Smoothie this morning.
Here's what she said about it:
It left her hair "Shinier, silkier, and much softer."
She also commented that her hair usually gets knotted underneath during the day, but today the brush just glided through her hair right before I took this picture.
You can see how her hair reflects the light, which means closed, smooth cuticles even after one use.
BTW, she hasn't had her hair cut or trimmed in 9 months.
You've probably heard about all the benefits of hydrolyzed wheat protein for hair, but there's a new kid on the block called Quinoa protein, and studies have shown it to be far more effective.
Check out the results of this study using hydrolyzed quinoa protein:
'STUDY RESULTS OF VARIOUS PARAMETERS OF HAIR IMPROVEMENT::
used at 1%, for one treatment - 16% reduction in damaged areas
used at 1%, for five treatments - 32% reduction in damaged areas
used at 1%, for five treatments - 26% reduction in damaged areas
used at 1%, after one treatment - 27% reduction in stress
used at 1%, after five treatments - 79%
used at 1%, after one treatment - 5% reduction in stress
used at 1%, after five treatments - 83%
used at 1%, after one treatment - 26% increased reflection
used at 1%, after five treatments - 51%
Hair will look smoother and feel silkier, it forms a protective barrier to protect the hair from environmental stresses, retains moisture in the hair, and provides nutrients to the hair. Unlike the rest of the proteins that will each offer protection, repair, or moisturization, Quinoa Protein will offer all of these attributes through enhanced hair penetration and substantivity for increased damage repair and cuticle protection.'
Yep, and quinoa is just the beginning of the ingredients I've blended in my Hair Smoothie. I'll tell you more about it soon, but here's a sneak peak at what it looks like:
